Thats how it works:
Within 14 days of delivery, you have the opportunity to exercise your right of withdrawal and return your order to us.
To exchange a product, please follow the same steps and simply create a new order with the correct product.
Return shipping costs
If you would like to return your product within Germany, we will be happy to provide you with a free shipping note. Write to us at info@open-era.de .
If you are returning from outside Germany, please send the goods to the following address:

Once the goods have arrived at our warehouse, we need approx. 5-10 working days to process the return.

- The products must be returned unworn, intact and unused. We accept returns as long as the hangtags are still attached and there are no signs of wear (e.g. make-up, deodorant, etc.).
- For hygiene reasons we cannot take back the following items: socks, wine.
- As soon as the goods have arrived at our warehouse and been checked, we will refund you the purchase price to the payment method you originally used.
