The Open Era goes Pitti Uomo

The Open Era team is very pleased to announce that we will be present at the 2024 Pitti Uomo in Florence in January – one of, if not the, most important trade fair for men's ready-to-wear in the world!

For the first time, Open Era is coming to Florence and is introducing seven new styles for FW25 in the Pitti Superstyling Area . In addition to our popular tennis designs, we are also diving into other themes with our brand new rugby and British mod styles.

From blousons to zip-neck sweaters to long-sleeved raglan polo shirts, our upcoming collection will meet the expectations we set with Open Era: with high-quality and special fabrics and with styles that are retro-inspired but geared towards future viability. A particular highlight are our geometric tracksuits and sweaters, which are a stylish homage to the 60s era. The soft yet durable fabric not only gives the products a pleasant texture and ensures luxurious comfort, but also guarantees long-lasting enjoyment and exudes timeless elegance. We are proud to confirm that 80% of the collection presented in Italy is made from 100% organic cotton .

Open Era is a proud antagonist of the fast fashion movement and is committed to fighting overproduction and waste. In the spirit of minimal waste and sustainable manufacturing approaches in the fashion industry, we focus on reducing our environmental footprint - not only in terms of manufacturing, but also in our own processes, from design to carbon offsetting for parcel deliveries.

The winter edition of Pitti Uomo, the 105th, will take place from 9 to 12 January 2024 at the Fortezza da Basso in Florence. Given the current international context, the event is proving to be an essential reference point for designers, buyers and the press . And it is precisely the Superstyling Area that strives to identify new style canons that anticipate trends. Aesthetic styles that go beyond the usual, supported by fashion prowess and an ever-changing point of view capable of recognizing new identities and responding to today's diverse needs for expression . We are honoured to exhibit alongside extremely creative and groundbreaking labels.
